Lets cut to the chase, ok. I think that the “Long Island Housing Market” is somewhat like the national market scaled down to fit on a 1,401 square mile, fish shaped land mass. That’s a lot of diversity packed into a very small area. Well, let’s be honest, diversity is Long Island’s middle name. Long Diversity Island, I like that. Anyhow, let’s get down to the meat and potatoes of what you’re going to find here at this blog/forum/soap box. We’re going to be talking about everything real estate and all things that it touches and/or affects. From the professional side to the personal side. From property taxes to private schools.
